Members Present: Stephen Amico, Christopher Colclough, James Egan, Donald Howard and David Soper
Members Absent:
Others Present: Rene’ J. Read, Town Administrator and Executive Assistant Meredith Marini
I CALL TO ORDER –
7:15 p.m. Chairman Colclough called the meeting to order.
II FINALIZE RECOMMENDATIONS – Mr. Read informed the Board that additional changes were made to the budget so that his recommendations were in line with the Finance Committee.
Mr. Read recommended revising Line 6, Town Benefits to $1,441,000.
MOTION by Amico, second by Egan to approve the revision to Line 6 Town Benefits to $1,441,000. Voted 5 - 0
Mr. Read recommended revising the Line 30 Selectmen’s Clerical wages to $520,026.00.
MOTION by Amico, second by Egan to approve the revision of the clerical wages lines to $520,026.00 Voted 4 – 1 (Soper)
III TOWN MEETING
MOTION by Howard, second by Amico to adjourn to Town Meeting. Voted 5 – 0
